I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

good pay and benifits with 401k matched

    Cons

mentally stressful due to all the quotas and procedures. must be a robot and do eveyrthing the way they say and sell everything just to stay arund one month. everything is politics or "terms for termination" mangement are robots very few good ones at the retail level, and upper management always looks at the negative. get credit for one day the next day i means nothing. customers can be a bit crazy since communications control most people pay. not much move to grow unless you are a brown noser.

    Advice to Management

find other ways to motivate employees with positive reimbursement and get useful store management. scheduling is a joke
