    I worked at AT&T full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Benefits, co-workers. The overall attitude of the staff is helpful.

    Cons

Willingness to recommend metric, there are no back office numbers for Reps to call when we are dealing with consumer issues. We have to wait in rotation for a CSR just like the client.

    Advice to Management

Spend a few hours in the store doing the Rep job to get a real feel for consumer interactions.
