    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There is room for growth and can move around the world if you want. Coworkers are great even tho you compete against each other.

    Cons

In the last few years the company has lowered their commissions for reps and micromanaged more. These two issues combined make it not worth working there. The hours are horrible if you have a family. There is no balance.

    Advice to Management

Relax on the micromanaging! It is already a stressful job .
