    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

AT&T Canada now Allstream is a big Canadian company but have a small-company culture: I found the organization to be a well managed and very professional. They should pride themselves as being a open, friendly, honest and easy to deal with organization. Extremely high talented people- centric and deliver exceptional and innovative solutions.

    Cons

    Excellent company to work with.

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

AT&T has resources to invest in product development. The company is commonly recognized and respected, which also helps to attract vendors, consultants and outside talent. Randall Stephenson has made some bold moves recently, trying for T-Mobile and then selling the yellow pages division.

    Cons

The mangement in New England is way over their heads and do not know what they are doing. Sales Managers are too concerned with diversity and not keeping qualified sales professionals that can do the job. Please take a long look at the sales manager because one in particular has some serious issues and several have left.

    Advice to Management

its time to take your head out of the clouds and clean house from top to bottom.
