I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good base pay, casual attire on weekends, company paid sales bonus trips, additional monthly sales incentives/rewards

    Cons

Long hours on your feet, ever-changing and declining commission structure, little room for advancement, management expects too much out of every sales interaction, subpar benefits package.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your frontline employees for ideas on how to improve retail experience, offer more enticing incentive programs that will provide consistent performers a more consistent pay.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The money used to be decent. Your coworkers are genuinely nice people in general. After a while you have much to talk about while commiserating about how horrid your employer is.

    Cons

CEO Randall Stevenson loves outsourcing to India. Senior management are a brood of vipers who use middle management and then stab them in the back every chance they get. If you are management they will turn you into a salary slave. If you are non management they will treat you like dirt. You can actually get concessions cheaper from the competition.

    Advice to Management

Sleep on your stomach because the knife is in your back
