I have been working at AT&T full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Good benefits, decent pay, opportunity for advancement within the company.

Cons

Unorganized, unfair treatment of employees, unfair contracts, does not give you all the tools (or reliable tools) you need to succeed at your job.

Advice to Management

Find out out to better organize how things are structured and flow through the different departments. They do no talk to each other like they should.

    I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Good money and benefits. Co workers are great and it hourly and commission when helps when it's slow.

    Cons

    Goals go up and pay goes down. The store can be dead all week then they get onto you because your numbers are low. They want you to sell Every little thing they have to offer to every customer, even the people just trying to pay their bill.

    Advice to Management

    Spend a month as a rep because you have lost touch with the customer.
