    Pros

great group of peers and decent benefits although have gotten worse.

    Cons

Micro managing has gotten out of hand, morale is at an all time low expectations are unreal unless your speedy.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your techs and also make better promotions to management, we need to focus on customer satisfaction again instead of which crew beats the other crew in numbers.

    Pros

Benefits, aside from that it only applies if you enjoy being violated in a verbal manner every 3 - 9 seconds.

    Cons

Worst leadership from store managers- Why would you lead a team by threatening the position as opposed to positive reinforcement (they're also as a majority dumb as dirt when it comes to products/devices) They are "puppets" as someone else said (RSM's), high turnover (people missing their numbers or something that is out of their control), constantly being given coaching while you are in the top 5% of the company nationwide (hitting every metric yet still being punished for arbitrary numbers that are meaningless ie. network feedback that counts for WTR, a ranking system based on flawed technology (which forced you to commit fraud that is enforced by RSM's), if you leave at your scheduled time and there are people waiting you get treated unfairly (needs of the business only go so far - when you are in 15-30 hrs over overtime (read 60+ hr work week)), constant compensation plan changes (there has never been a good comp change), being forced to sell products that are clearly "defective". <-- In quotes because defective = garbage, consenting to be for lack of proper terminology, victims of things beyond your control. Perhaps some enjoy this type of work environment (sarcasm), long hours on your feet all day. Systems that crash and make your job difficult, getting rained on because you are mandated to use an umbrella to walk someone to the car (which causes your company phone to be water damaged, and in turn being held accountable for such. Wearing about as much technology gear as it takes to run a smaller high school on your body. Did I mention that you also have no opportunity to move up (unless you want to take an immediate pay cut so you can be an assistant manager in hopes of then moving somewhere else- and having worse benefits, and more responsibility.
