I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 8 years)

Pros

Good managers, good service, vast product offering

Cons

constant downsizing, bonuses at the top increasing while they continue to layoff people, service suffers

Advice to Management

Retain the hardworking employees, keep a nationwide presence instead of moving work where it's the cheapest - you invest in jobs in the country - people invest in your company

    I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Generally liked the people that I worked with in the retail store.

    Cons

    Generally did not like the managers that I had at the retail store. Not given ANY latitude to help customers. Not really sure why anyone would be a customer after visiting the retail store needing help with a problem.

    Advice to Management

    Give employees more tools to help customers.
