Pros

i love working for at&t and loved interacting with customers, the idea of selling solutions to customers is what signed me up

Cons

management in certain markets. management is not always on the same page with each other.

Advice to Management

learn the union handbook and learn how to keep employees. it would reduce the churn rate.

    First hands on new products, free gifts, 6 weeks vacation time, great insurance and benefits. meet wonderful customers and develop friendships with them and employees.

    hours vary 8-9 pm or later

    Great company above low level managers, decent pay.

    Cons

    Constant turn over of low level management means for "busy work" firings for low level employees
