    This is a top rate fortune 500 company, specializing in the latest telecom technology and customer service. Being such that puts AT&T above the competition.

    Cons

    Workload per departments could be more balanced, so that employees aren't over worked.

    Keep working at being customer focus, because customer's are your lively hood.

    Pros

    If you're into technology, there a lot of cool new stuff going on. If you're into project and process management, there's a lot to do. Compensation overall is not bad and benefits are good. Telecommuting and flex time is great!

    Cons

    Lots of cultural shifts happening making for extra stress. Salary advances are slow in coming.

    Advice to Management

    When you support your people they will support you. Honesty, loyalty and trust work!
