    Pros

Great pay, opportunity to work with great people, career opportunities, can help you develop not only as a worker but as a person. I've learned a lot from the people I've worked with and have made some great friends through the years.

    Cons

Your career is what you make it, and you get what you give. There are only cons if you're a negative person. The only flaw I could possibly think of is that I wish there were higher standards on hiring. Att hires a lot of people for their stores, which has a higher chance of getting duds. As a manager the worst thing I can get from a new hire is a bad attitude. Sales approach can be coached, but attitude and personality is much more difficult.

    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It is a fairly easy job if you like talking to people. The pay is very good for the amount of work you're actually putting in. It is a huge company so if you invest a lot of time and follow the right path at the right time there are a lot of opportunities. The company is always changing and it is exciting to be apart of a company involved in so much.

    Cons

You will be micromanaged all day on everything that you do. There are specific job paths that you must follow or little room for growth for you. Retail hours leave very little room for work/life balance, don't count on ever having a weekend off. You will always work at lease 45 hours each week.
