I worked at AT&T full-time

Pros

Benefits and working from home

Cons

Management they keep laying off workers then re hiring for the same position. They balance the budget by laying off workers. They never let the Management Team go though just the workers.

Advice to Management

Lay yourself off, a change of management is what is needed to change the mind set to have new mobile solutions. Wireless is the way of the future.

    Pros

Great benefits. Lots of room for growth.

    Cons

Since it's union, seniority rules unfortunately.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good commission structure, decent base pay, excellent benefits, Company official use phone

    Cons

ARSMs and DOS put insane amount of pressure on their management teams to deliver results. Old methodology when it comes to coaching and development. Manage through fear rather than positive reinforcement.

    Advice to Management

Spend some time on the ground level not visiting but actually working in a store for a few hours so you can experience first hand the opportunities that your employees are trying to overcome.
