    I worked at AT&T full-time

    Pros

The company has a great pay scale and great benefits and from time to time great opportunity for other job titles

    Cons

There is a strenuous attendance policy unless you are someone who gets sick enough to take advantage of the federal medical leave act to cover your absences. An employee out sick 3 days a year is treated the same as an employee out 6 times a year unless your absence is covered by fmla so it breeds unethical behavior to maintain employment given their attendance policy.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate employees who may take off 2 1/2 days a year sick as much as those who may take off 15+ days a year but are covered under the federal leave act

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Cutting edge products, ongoing training, excellent benefits, good bonus structure
    Nice facilities and resources

    Cons

Call center team managers are overworked and micromanaged to the point of absurdity. There is way too much emphasis on documenting and completing reports, and not enough time to develop and positively motivate employees. It creates a miserable environment that fuels turnover

    Advice to Management

Engge employees and solicit and implement improvements and ides that are submitted. Get away from the constant top-down directives
