I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

The leadership and culture of AT&T takes one of the largest families in the list of Fortune 500 companies, and makes you believe that you play a key role each and every day. The career growth opportunities, focus on continuous innovation and incredible benefits are just a handful of reasons why I plan to spend the entirety of my career at AT&T.

Cons

There are so many interesting jobs it is difficult to choose just one.

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

AT&T has been good to me over the years and there had been many opportunities to advance and learn new and exciting technologies but..

    Cons

While the days of employment for as long as you want it is gone the ability to stay with this company is dwindling too. Most of what you would think would be core to the business has no been outsourced or in the process of being staged to move outside to contractor. Even new software development is soon sent out. It feels like you have to look for either a train is coming down the track to squash you or a crocodile snapping at your behind. "sorry it's just business"

    Advice to Management

Treat you employees as people not a resource
