Pros

The leadership and culture of AT&T takes one of the largest families in the list of Fortune 500 companies, and makes you believe that you play a key role each and every day. The career growth opportunities, focus on continuous innovation and incredible benefits are just a handful of reasons why I plan to spend the entirety of my career at AT&T.

Cons

There are so many interesting jobs it is difficult to choose just one.

Advice to Management

Continue looking at ways for AT&T to grow and succeed in and outside of telecom.

    Long Hours, Micromanaging, Commission restructures all the time, Horrible upper-management in some areas.

    Quit short changing your employees and giving more money to your shareholders.
