I have been working at AT&T as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Lots of freedom, immediate health and dental benefits

    Cons

Little or no direction/objective to the position. I was told I was hired on so my manager could take a summer vacation. Asked to do graphic design on a website over a period of 5 weeks, a task that was completed in less than 1 weeks worth of time.

I have been working at AT&T part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Compensation, Raises, Nice environment. The relatively high hourly wage, on top of having commission is motivation to do well at work.

    Cons

highly competitive within employees. The competitiveness to not end up on the "bad" list encourages employees to blow off certain customers to other consultants to not "hurt" their rankings.

    Advice to Management

encourage employees to work more as a team.
