I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

I really can't think of any!

Cons

It doesn't matter if your an Employee or a Customer you will be treated the same.
This company is always looking for a way to lighten the labor force load, and keeping it that way. Then you will be disciplined for not meeting their out outrageous performance standards.

Advice to Management

I understand you, like every other employee in the company is following orders, and you need to be paid. AT&T business scope is corporate America all the way. Screw your employees and customers, " there's a sucker born every minute" We'll find more.

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

life work balance in most cases; not all

    Cons

Political, simply agree, say yes, have no opinion and you'll succeed. You're a soldier, not an officer. Just do

    Advice to Management

Advice for the Board of Directors: Remove C level leadership; and remove on down. AT&T has a number of talented leaders, mid-managers, and low level managers. (Most Director's, or even AVP, ED, VP are out of their depth; we simply re-shuffle the deck chairs at a roughly 6 month interval. Leadership, NONE) eCommerce--IT. You're tied to your manager(s).
