    Pros

    Flexible hours and commute options

    Cons

Benefits cost more every year and cover less despite record profits every year.

    Advice to Management

Don't block transfers for 4 years by telling someone they're too valuable to the team to release then lay them off.

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Pay is good, Benefits are good, and the company can take care of you if you stay for a long term psotion.

    Cons

Pay structures change constantly, and they are never beneficial for the employees. Goals are ridiculous and invite a culture of finger pointing and create no comradery. No vision beyond the current month and the micromanagement of an autonomous field position is cumbersome. Too much politics, not enough promotions based upon merit. In fact, there is zero growth in this position, only contraction and reasons why they cant and refuse to career path the right employees. They promote the dolts, and keep down the natural leaders.

    Advice to Management

Spend time selling in the field for longer than a couple hours. Shadow a top preformer for a month. You will realize how much we get crapped on daily.

Build a good comp plan, and dont change it.
