I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

401k match, a fair, fun work environment.

    Cons

Health insurance for managers is terrible but it's better than nothing. I started a Health Savings account in case we get very ill

    Advice to Management

Continue to give managers feedback and training to make them better managers. You can tell that Att cares about the way thier employees are treated

    I have been working at AT&T full-time

    Pros

Vacations and benefits are great if you have been here awhile. Great wireless discount for employees - 50%. Promotions are great if you live in Dallas. Corporate values are high on honesty and equality

    Cons

Large bureaucratic company led by non-technical management
Dallas is center for everything. Need to truly be global or at least represent all of the US

    Advice to Management

    Respect technical people
