I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You are paid quite well for the amount of work that you do. Management is always there to help guide you to making sales and increase your commission. Hours are fair and you have a family/friend work environment.

    Cons

Quotas are rarely adjusted if the traffic of the store is slow you you have to always make the most out of every interaction. No set days off you have to bid for your schedule a month in advance and the most senior employees get first dibs on the specific days.

    Advice to Management

Make yourself present at all times. Give advise don't just tell people how to do something the is black and white. Not every person that you will have working for you sells the same way and that will require different means of coaching.
