    Pros

Diversity and Inclusion is alive and well in this corporate culture. It's not hard to get telecommuting privileges. Every one of my immediate supervisors has been super cool (I've had 4 different supervisors). Most departments allow people to wear jeans to work.

    Cons

The office spaces have not been remodeled since God was a boy. Certain floors have the smell of death. Also, the overall culture is still dominated by the old school baby boomer mentality. The benefits are amazing but forget about getting a decent raise. Make sure you negotiate your fair market value the minute you sign on.

    Advice to Management

There are other ways to "invest in the brand" besides blowing billions of dollars on TV ads during football season.
