I have been working at AT&T as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

The work is pretty easy and long as you learn what you need to do.

    Cons

Distance is too far from home

    Advice to Management

Full time employees learning what they are doing and don't be lax because you are working for the company.

  2. "Worst Company EVER to work for"

    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

    I worked at AT&T full-time

    Pros

Original training offered was very good, and long. I think they thought if the employee's invested so much time and effort into the training, that despite the cstmr service they would have higher retention.

    Cons

This company has the worst customer service ever!!! Therefore, the products you are selling, and the technical support given to your customers is awful. Makes it very difficult to keep customers!

    Advice to Management

You treat your employees like you do your customers. You have an attitude because you are so big, cstmr service isn't going to hurt you, or poor management and loosing employees also isn't going to hurt you. You think both are expendable.
