Pros

Good pay, fair towards employees, good benefits, union, detailed training, commision is always good. Also we are they only company with the iPhone.

Cons

Stressful at times, working nights and weekends kind of sucks. Sales goals can be pretty high at times but aren't too bad.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Brand recognition provides opportunities to have significant face time with current or potential customers, Large portfolio of devices ensures sales force has many options to complete the deal.

    Cons

Consistent travel is expected daily. Attendance of a number of mind numbing conference calls while driving is expected. Endless on-line reports means family time is not attainable.

    Advice to Management

Middle management and a number at the Director level are nothing more than mailboxes. Information comes in , information goes out. Staff already know this information, but it makes the Director levels feel they have shared important data. Toxic management is rampant; no interest in the employee or the customers, just the achievement of revenue numbers. Creativity is stifled as is acceptance of any suggestions regarding sales methodology and bundling of deals.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

    Interesting technical challenges
    Future outlook is bright
    Rate of innovation is increasing
Well funded when working on strategic initiatives.
    Subscriber growth

    Cons

    Carrier mentality still exists
Expectations re execution seem a bit low IMO.
You will have to explain why calls get dropped. This is a problem for all carriers, but our subscriber count and brand makes everyone sure we must be the worst. Expect to wield this explanation at parties, bars, bat mitzvahs, etc.

Younger employees are hard to find

    Advice to Management

Be more aggressive. Hire more software developers. Hire younger developers. Agile and scrum should be implemented in our big projects.
