No opinion of CEO

Pros

If you can act & groom up like a decent human being, you can probably be hired by a AT&T Wireless Store.

Cons

Soul crushing agony - you are literally selling cell phones, day after day after day. Everything in the business environment openly encourages you to scam customers.

Advice to Management

You might consider putting a little less stress on micro managing the weekend sales figures, and put more focus on improving the customer experience for the other five days of the week.

    Pros

Recognition of company makes it much easier to get into prospective clients doors. Compensation is decent. Retirement matching plans are decent.

    Cons

Management seems to have no clue what they are doing. Employees are treated with little respect. This was at one time a job to be proud of when it was PacBell, but SBC has destroyed the work environent. This job is dictated by excell spreadsheets, flavour of the day selling, terrible soft ware and crm systems. For a communication company, it is embarrasing. Would never recommend working here.

    Advice to Management

    Treat employees with dignity.
