    Pros

    good pay
good training on how to sell
    helping customers

    Cons

extreme amount of pressure to sell and upsell
    confined to desk all day
constantly in fear that if you forget to do or say something that it will result in disciplinary action

    Advice to Management

Stop all the pressure to sell, sell, sell already! Customer service does NOT always equate to selling a customer something.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Some managers listen an sympathize and try to make a difference.

    Cons

    Pay is poor.
Benefits are worse. (A multi-billion dollar company that is worldwide should offer excellent insurance benefits and stop trying to get rich on the backs of their workers. Sick people equals no workers which equals UPSET customers.)
    No room for advancement.
The company keeps taking all the "perks" that made employment pleasant. Pretty soon there won't be anything left.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the frontline people. Good advice comes from those that are doing the job every day. Also, don't send emails about a $20 mil bonus the COO received when you barely pay your workers enough to survive.
