    Great pay, good benefits, room for advancement, fun place to work. On the cusp of NEW technology, stays up to date with new products and services

    Insane wireline quotas for areas where At&t wireline services are not available. Lack of face to face communication with managers.

    Advice to Management

    Hire people who are smart and know how to use electronics. Talk more face to face with employees. If you have something to say that is important, dont leave a voicemail or text message, call or talk face to face.
