Good team of really nice people who will always do anything to help anyone. The current product range is really good and leads the market for efficiency. Technical knowledge at head office is first class.
23 sales staff in 2 years is a crazy amount of churn. The sales model is direct (no merchants) so always selling out of the back of a van and it's a hard slog which is a huge barrier to growth. The app is clunky and outsourced so no one uses it. IT are arrogant and think they are the center of the business, get drunk at staff events and vent their frustration of a lower wage on other staff and then fall asleep in sales meetings the next day. Part time MDs don't help either and weren't engaged in the business, never turned up for 1:1s and never gave a straight forward answer. More interested in their property side hustle. Although current product is good there's nothing new coming quickly. Hydrogen certification is years away and damaging sales. The owners have no clue what is going on at ground level or what the real problems are. Although nice people, there is an us and them culture from those stuck in head office and the teams around the UK working from home or in the field. This causes friction, gossip and negative vibes as the culture also revolves around being at your desk 9-5 rather than getting the job done. If you like work to rule then this place is perfect for the time that it still exists.Continue reading

Pay and hours, nice vans too.
No chance to prove sales ability. Despite hard work, was given no chance to build area up. Management poor, left to own devises after technical training. No structure given to follow and no after support.Continue reading
