I worked at ATR International as a contractor

    Pros

My recruiter touched base each month during my 6 month contract.

    Cons

The offer and onboarding process was too long and disorganized. I think I had to talk to 5 different people before all the paperwork was completed. Started with my recruiter, then HR, then someone else, then a different person in HR. Was horrible. Got a verbal offer on the phone and took 3 more weeks to wrap it all up before I could start. Even the client (the company I went to work for) was not impressed with their handling of bringing me onboard.

    Advice to Management

Make the approval and onboarding experience faster and more organized. Too many hands in the pot.
