      It can keep you busy but not doing what you’re there to do.

      Cons

      They don’t like paying you. A month in hand isn’t far from the truth. They promise you a certain wage but leave you in the yard for weeks at a time on £80 a day after tax. Terrible pay structure and your work is at the mercy of other people in an office miles away.

      Pros

      Great products...when they work. Know name in the industry.

      Cons

      AVT was a great company before Danaher bought them. Many service issues, no customer focus, getting the correct parts from Corporate is very time consuming, behind in marketing and adjusting to changing market conditions. Lack of communication within the organization and the customer suffers.
