Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at AXA Advisors as a contractor (More than a year)

Pros

130% commission in the first year and a very comprehensive training program. Can be VERY lucrative. Friendly workplace. Helpful coworkers. Great managers.

Cons

100% commission based. Very very very hard to get started as a financial advisor. Tons of time required - consistent 60+ hour work weeks.

Advice to Management

The executive management of the company has done the AXA brand an injustice by lack of marketing. Hopefully they do so at some point.

I have been working at AXA Advisors full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Unlimited income potential, flexible work hours, company paid travel, and the best part is that your job is essentially to help others and get paid for it.

    Cons

You must be willing to work hard, in the beginning you will work 4x as hard for 1x the pay, but after a few years you will be making 4x the pay for 1x the work....and after about 4-5 years the sky really is the limit (You can go into management, start your own team, bring on a mentor, or hire your own assistant and open an office for yourself.

    Advice to Management

The only advice I can think of for upper management would be to advertise more, more exposure would lead to more satisfied clients, advisors, and the company as a whole.

  2. Helpful (1)

"Great opportunity for advancement and additional responsibilites."
