I have been working at AXA as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

People who are old, and want to be lazy. Then this is the right place

    Cons

Very poor management, internal politics. Most of the engineers and Mangers doesn't not know any basic of IT. Dont even have a proper backup/DR for PROD servers.

    Advice to Management

Stop your politics, and keep an open mind to change things. IT is falling apart.
