I have been working at AXA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

If you learn to sell life insurance sell anything.

    Cons

It is almost impossible to make this a career fund to build your life. You can survive for a while, but no personal life, if you work hard and do nothing else. Systematic denials will get tired and will shorten your work.

    Advice to Management

Brothers, back down to earth .... here's dusty, unfortunately few can afford life insurance. Although necessary, as a percentage of the insurance are very few (about 4% of those insured) problem is that many rich people have no reason to buy a policy and those with low wages they need and can not afford buy it. The middle class is missing.
