I have been working at AXA full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There is a lot to learn from a business perspective.
Use of top notch hardware and some high level middleware from IBM.
    Lots of benefits besides salary.

    Cons

Too much people to compete and very few promotions make it hard to grow.
Such a large company puts many hurdles to be able to accomplish even simple work.
    Long working hours.

    Advice to Management

The planning and staffing needs to be improved to prevent people from having such long working hours, also internal processes need a lot of streamlining to reduce time wasted.
