Pros
Very collaborative culture, global in nature, working with really smart people across the various functions, great opportunities to move within the company either inter or intra functions as well as geographically. Also have acess to many capabilities across the wider Axa Group which are considerable from a client perspective.
Cons
In a period of transition from being an American culture to a French one but seem to be managing it well and some of it is quite refreshing. For example being a European listed company allows a more long term focus than the quarterly earnings focus of a US listed company.
