Hostile Work Environment: Frequent mistreatment and lack of respect for employees. Poor Compensation: Employees are underpaid relative to their hard work and contributions. Favoritism and Power Abuse: Lead hands play favorites and manipulate rules to serve their own interests. Lack of Communication: Significant gap between management and production floor, leaving employees uninformed and unheard. Absence of Direction: The company lacks clear goals or a unified direction, creating uncertainty. Lack of Safety Measures: Minimal efforts toward safety, resulting in hazardous working conditions. No Proper Health and Safety Committee: Absence of a well-structured committee to ensure workplace safety and address risks. Token Rewards: Minimal incentives, such as infrequent pizza parties and occasional coffee and donuts, do not meaningfully reward employee efforts. Toxic Culture: A work environment that has become demoralizing and oppressive. Preference for "Yes-Men": Growth opportunities are limited to those who conform rather than contribute authentically. No room for advancement: If you don't fit in with the 'Boys-Club' they will find a way to not give you a promotion aside from a pathetic 'cost of living adjustment'.

- no micro-management - Great work-life balance - management is friendly -there are some extraordinary people who work there

Cons

- Poor marketing - management skill is assisting is lacking - executive management priorities are not in line - The company throws thousands of dollars - needs more common sense - pay is not competitive to real-world - Engineers with master's deg get paid roughly 60k CAD - sales territory is not equal - The company cares about the company revenue only - employee turnover rate is high - most employees are frustrated - company values are not found - I don't know if we do have any
