I worked at Aaron's full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Lots of training, great people, and ability to move up.

Cons

Can be mundane, they expect too much, little control over store managers, more concern for customers, and should pay more.

Advice to Management

Never take money from a great employee to gain more profit.

    I have been working at Aaron's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    no benefit to working here.

    Cons

    If you like 12 hour days, working overtime with no overtime paid, being thrown under the bus by upper management and not having your work appreciated, this is the perfect job for you. If you never want to see your family again for very little pay for a boss who has no loyalty, come on down.

    Advice to Management

    Appreciate the employees that work their butt off for you, quit lying ang find your empathy gene, you seem to have misplaced it.

    Pros

    Relatively easy job. Quickly realize how fortunate you are after doing in home installations for customers.

    Cons

    Very low pay for product technicians who constanly deliver heavy furniture and appliances. Customers usually sit back and watch you work hard and rarely, as in never, tip.

    Advice to Management

    Have a little more concern for those who are out delivering the products and increase pay to compensate for harsh working conditions.
