I worked at Aaron's full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

-Good pay
-Lots of opportunities to grow within the company
-Customer relationships
-Fun environment (depends on which store)
-Busy (again, depends on which store)

Cons

-Management needs to be accountable for their customers (i.e actually return customer calls, don't wait 2 months to deal with a service issue)
-There can be long hours
-Lots of pressure for numbers!

Advice to Management

-Bring back Brett Ruffino as VP!!!

    I worked at Aaron's full-time

    Pros

    About 3 years ago the multibillion dollar company finally created an HR dept!! With such, their benefits are decent.

    Cons

    Their history of not putting employees first! Sexual harassment and hostile work environment at numerous stores and DIVISIONAL offices. They overwork you regardless if you work at a store, divisional office or corporate!

    Advice to Management

    Implement Performance Management Program for VPs and GMs that revolve around employee's feedback. Not so much on sales and numbers driven expectations. Also give GMs more of a work-life-balance. Stores should be open on Sundays, but allowing everyone at the stores to have enough time off
