Smart people, Industry leading solutions, solid margins and high performing parent - Alliance Data Systems. Rewarded for performance. High expectations and a culture of hard work. I've enjoyed the more than 7 years I've been here.

Cons

multiple acquisitions have stressed the systems. need to work harder to get the same things done. Mgt is aware and work hard to fix.

I worked at Abacus (a division of Epsilon Targeting) as an intern

    Pros

Had a lot of support in place, good training, very well paid for an undergraduate internship

    Cons

No structure in place for advancement upon completion of the internship, felt like more of a contractor job than an internship at times.
