    Pros

One of the best places to be part of a team to learn and deliver unique and quality solutions for clients in varying industries and segments. Has a legacy of Coopers & Lybrand and PwC.
Is able to pull in projects of different types by virtue of its service offerings as well as historic track record. Growing firm with good opportunities upto the mid and senior mid tier. Represents best of global brands and is expanding internationally. Learn, gain experience and move on.

    Cons

No formal career paths, performance system is not adhered nor appropriately aligned. Neither formal career development opportunities are made available nor considerations are followed. It´s a consulting firm run by Chartered Accountants. Senior leadership is very possessive and delegation and decision making is limited to family members or select individuals that reach higher levels by virtue of their faith or social contacts. Politics, politics, politics..... Better be in the field and on project assignments then be based at office.

    Advice to Management

It is easy to comment and make statements, it is all together a different thing to put words into action. Try to create synergies rather than competition amongst various practices, it will help the firm to grow.
