-Stakeholders are great to work with and very collaborative and professional to most part -Company has some perks that are very nice

Cons

-Incompetent, unqualified, and out of touch functional leadership. These people have no business being here -So called experts are rather oratory verbose who takes 2 weeks to do 2 minutes of work and then talk about it for 3 hours. -Very poorly manged and always claiming they don't have enough resources. -Bullying and favoritism by functional managers and experts is rampant -Make everything more complicated than what they should be, useless new processes and spreadsheets to fill out every other day and the inner circle can't get out of the way of people who are doing the job to get their work done -Inner circle is protected by some TA leadership with significant lengthy tenure -Team won't improve till the inner circle/"leadership" is not removed and high turnover will continue -Pay scale is significantly lower than other major biopharma in the area, very minimal pay difference between Lake county (HQ) and the coasts where the living expense is significantly higher. -Midwestern passive aggressive culture with people running their mouth, but not doing enough
