Campuses are nice, They have descent food but it is extremely overpriced. The cafeterias are owned by them but I really don't know why they are trying to churn a profit on sales if it is suppose to be an employee benefit thing... It's definitely a place where you can stay for 40+ years and still not get hired.
Cons
Culture, people, it is one of those "They came before us and closed the door behind them" place to work meaning the people who came from Abbott got really nice compensations to leave Abbott and form Abbvie but made the compensation for future employees terrible. It is also EXTREMLY hard to get hired on here. The positions aren't contract to hire or MSP nor is there a lot of fulltime positions here. They rely heavily on contractors but refuse to hire people so it is a churn and burn culture. There is a very high leave-rate or no-show and their requirements for even getting hired is absolutely bananas. Especially without the pay that comes along with what they are expecting they pay bellow average the only people that do get paid well are the people who came from Abbott who close the door behind them...
