None I can think of other than they seemed nice at first and then it ended up not being true.

I subcontracted with AbbVie, they bullied me from the time I got an assignment till the time my contract ended. The teams never met their timelines and the MW group doesnt care. They put more emphasis on document management than ensuring the writer is able to produce a quality report. Over and over the regulatory, clinical and CMC teams were rude, bullying me throughout the process. Many of the people that work in the company have never worked anywhere else. They have no strategic skill sets and are equal to document managers and never worked on a pivotal submission. I escalated each incident and was retaliated against each time. Their organization's unethical behavior required work on xmas and xmas eve, through immediate and personal family funerals .This company promotes poor business practices, vendor bullying, bias behavior, lack of brown and black leaders (yes it matters!) and unethical a workplace conduct.
