I worked in the Cardiomems remote care team and it was awful to see how lax management was in trying to resolve issues that would affect patients and the team. I would literally take calls where patients were afraid they would die because readings would not go through. Meanwhile, management was sitting on their hands and a resolution was not found until over a month later. Completely unacceptable! I know for a fact one of the patients I spoke with passed away in the time a fix was not found. In addition, interpersonal relationships within the team caused drama and I was not about to stick around while favorites got away with not working for hours upon hours. These people know who they are and are probably still working on the team, logging in and putting themselves in statuses that appear to show them working when they are actually probably doing anything BUT real work.
