I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (More than a year)

Pros

Met a lot of great people, still best friends with many of them, very chill environment, super easy job, relatively easy to get a shift covered due to the number of associates, managers are practically the same age as associates

Cons

The music is ridiculously loud, extremely appearance focused, felt like the associates were competing with each other as to who was the most attractive, very high turnover for both associates and managers, lots of secretive photo shoots and events, the customers expect sales all the time and will constantly ask if there is an additional discount

I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

extraordinarily flexible schedule, work with college age kids, laid back dress policy.

    Cons

do not get paid very much. The job is tedious and only a viable option if you have a second job.

I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very casual environment. Love the music and the smell. There's not a lot of expectations on you as a part-time. I loved the brand, so it was nice for me to see the latest collection and have the discount. Have breaks for long-hour shift.

    Cons

Schedules are set at the end of each week, which made it very hard for me to make plans ahead of time. Paid minimum wage. After tax, didn't earn much... May need to work long hours during holiday season.
