    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Minimal discount but it's there, will hire you if you are attractive, before/after opening/closing can be fun. I was able to become a visual assistant manager while in college.

    Cons

Obvious physical discrimination, low pay, small discount, the smell of Fierce on top of blaring music will make you a bit crazy. Typical brand reps are not the most intelligent people to work with.

  2. "Very structured management in a very strict environment."

    Cons

Very little opportunity to be creative, innovative, or stray from the model of management they have.
