Positive Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch full-time

Pros

Hands on experience
Young atmosphere
Thriving business

Cons

NO work life balance
10- 12 hour days (with no lunch break)
Hard to have an opinion (higher ups do not listen to ideas)
Everything depends on what Jeffries thinks (if he hates it, there is NO chance you will go forward with the idea).

    Recommends

I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time

    Pros

Very flexible hours, easy to pick up shifts or have them covered. Fun people. Cute "uniforms".

    Cons

Low pay. Call in shifts (being "on call") prevent lots of other activities and almost never result in paid hours.

    Pros

Flexible hours, not very demanding. Most managers are quite relaxed, as are the workers.

    Cons

Pay is not very much. Raises are based on favoritism.
