I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (More than a year)

Pros

Up beat and lively. Training covers all areas that will be met in the working environment. Everyone is friendly and they cater to their demographic very well.

Cons

Monotonous. The tasks and jobs that the majority are doing seem to get in the way of shoppers rather than offering an attentive service which is what they feel like they are doing.

Advice to Management

Be more in touch with what the clients want and less concerned with image

I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The discount on clothes at Hollister Co. and Abercrombie and Fitch. Very flexible with working hours/availability and provides other opportunities to work outside of the store such as recruiting with the managers, working with greeters and participating with insider company competitions etc. Overall it's a great and fun working environment for young staff, meeting new people, plus a tonne of social interaction.

    Cons

Sometimes it's very difficult to get someone to cover your shift if for some reason you can't make it because you're sick or forgot about a previous engagement. So you have to be organized with your time.

    Cons

    deafening, repetitive music.. minimum wage
