    Pros

The people are what make the company

Controlling, must follow company standards to a T, no creativity allowed, long hours with no appreciation, no positive feedback, upper management only ever let's you know what you are doing wrong, terrible CEO, no benefits for beating sales goals.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate the people who work and continually sacrifice their personal life for you. Learn to say thank you and actually mean it.

    Pros

Easy job, good for high schoolers looking to waste some time.

    Cons

Low pay for low labor, looks for physical perfection in their stores, you must wear navy, white, or gray. Must wear jeans, must wear flipflops. Managers aren't the brightest bunch. and there is high turnover.
