Flexible hours, not very demanding. Most managers are quite relaxed, as are the workers.

Cons

Pay is not very much. Raises are based on favoritism.

    Pros

    great discount and laid back environment...wear jeans and flip-flops to work. Hires from within so a great opportunities for advancement.

    Cons

    Somewhat of a dictatorship and employees are not well compensated.
