    Pros

    Flexible hours, a fun environment and good management. The work is easy and the environment makes it a fun place to go. Selling the brand was easy

    Cons

    Strick clothing policies and low pay can be a downfall. Also unreliable coworkers can affect your hours and you will be called in constantly.

    Pros

    -Gain experience in management of people
    -Gain experience in visual marketing and merchandising
    -Gain recruiting experience as well as interviewing skills
    -Relaxed work environment

    Cons

    -no pay negotiation
    -if your management team is not on the same page, there is a possibility of poor time and life balance
    -High turnover forcing managers to work longer shifts
    -Very hard to contact the "home office" when needing supplies and equipment repairs
