I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (More than a year)

Pros

I was recruited, and started working there sooner than I knew it. It was a very high volume, upbeat store that was usually busy which is good because it keeps you busy.

Cons

Sometimes the volume of the music and the store being sprayed so heavily would interfere with the customers shopping experience.

Advice to Management

Stop staring at 17 year old girls.

    I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    I worked there until my first year of college as a floor model, the pay wasn't that good, but it was fun, easy, and scheduling worked around my life

    Cons

    Bad pay, you'll make minimum wage the majority of the time you work there, even when you get promoted your pay only goes up a few cents, and you have to buy a bunch of different clothes from there each season, you get 30% off and most high school kids are spending their money on clothes anyway, but if you're over 18 and have real responsibilities, this isn't a job you want.

    I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    It's easy money; you get a discount on abercrombie, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, and Gilly Hicks;

    Cons

    Not enough hours; you pretty much had to demand to them that you want more hours; the work is very easy but very annoying; sometimes you'll have to stay longer just to clean up the mess that the customers leave in the dressing rooms.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees like they're human beings. Interact with your employees and actually let them know how they can improve themselves other than being so passive aggressive.
